Cancellation Window: Clients may request the cancellation of their job requirements or orders within one (1) day of placing the order.
Refund Eligibility:
- If a cancellation request is made within the one-day window, we will provide a 100% refund of the total order amount.
- After the one-day window has passed, we do not accept any cancellations, and the order will proceed as scheduled.
- If we have completed 50% or more of the work at the time of the cancellation request, no refund will be provided.
Refund Exception: Refunds are only applicable when we are unable to fulfill the client’s requirements as initially discussed. If we have delivered the services as per the agreed-upon specifications, no refund will be issued.
Post-Delivery Revisions: After the delivery of completed jobs, clients have the option to request revisions based on the initial order requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate revision requests as per the order agreement.
